I'm going to Haiti
In March I will be going to Haiti with Healing Hands for Haiti. Haiti is the poorest country in the western hemisphere and is suffering more now than ever before (see previous post). Each member of our team will be taking two checked bags full of supplies, but we need everyones help in getting these supplies. On the right hand side of my blog is a list of items we are looking for so if you have connections to any of them, please let me know. Thanks!

Kristi! This will be the most amazing experience of your life. It will be the saddest and the greatest! I went to Haiti last March with Project Medishare and it has forever changed my life.

Also, I would say that you should contact local pharmacies- have a letter prepared from your organization and most of the pharmacies/grocery stores will give you bandaids etc. The medication is a hard one because the Haitian Government wants the lot numbers etc long before you enter the country. . . well anyway. . . e-mail me if you want to chat!
