First Day Welcome
Everything was a buzz today with the first group of missionaries to enter the CCM at the former Benemerito. Next week will probably be the same with the first group of North Americans coming to this campus. There was media from all different departments here. Here's the story from LDS Newsroom. Overall the day went pretty smoothly. Campus will probably be a little crazy for a while because technically Benemerito will still be open through August so students can come get their records, etc. as they transfer to new schools.

That is great that you get to be in Mexico for these historical events! Elder Scaife from our Milwaukee ward just went down there, so maybe you'll run into him. How many missionaries will the new MTC accommodate?
This year I think about 850 will be our max. With some minor renovations the plan is to be around 1000-1200 for now
